Production introduction:
High Pressure Wet Sand Blaster, is based on a high-pressure water jet cleaner, upgraded with a sandblasting nozzle. Using the siphon principle, it mixes a small amount of abrasive with high-pressure water to efficiently remove paint, rust, and surface contaminants. It is ideal for applications such as ship hull paint and rust removal, anti-corrosion tank cleaning, and oxide layer removal in steel plants.
The wet sandblasting system consists of a specialized venturi head, 15' flexible sand pickup tube, and sand point for drawing sand into the hose directly from the container. The suction from the head carries the sand grit through the pickup tube and into the head where it mixes with high-pressure washer. The high-pressure water and sand grit exit the head through a special round nozzle and are pushed across the surface to remove layers for an even deeper clean. The wet sand blaster pressure washers can be used with a range of sand grit sizes and media, including baking soda and small plastic pellets.
